I think that the three most important qualities contributing to practical accuracy are good, easy-to-see sights, a good triggger pull and stocks that allow a comfortable, repeatable grip. At 200 yards, I can't testify to ONE bit of accuracy difference between 2 groove and 4 groove barrels. In fact, my favorite 03A3 has a two groove barrel!
